HiredBase holds sensitive career information: applications, job descriptions, résumés, cover letters, contacts and interview notes. We treat all of it as private to your account.
What we store
The records you create: applications and their stages, saved job descriptions, uploaded documents and their versions, contacts, interactions, interview rounds, follow-ups and the activity history of those records.
Who can read it
Only you. Every record is scoped to your account at the database level, and uploaded documents live in private storage reachable only through short-lived links issued to you.
Your control
Applications, documents, and contacts can be archived with confirmation when their history is useful; short-lived tasks can be deleted with confirmation. From Settings, you can download a versioned full-account export that includes your private documents and permanently delete your account after a current-password check and typed confirmation.
