Job-search records that retain context

Keep the exact context behind every job application.

HiredBase keeps the posting you saw, the résumé you submitted, the people you spoke with, and the next action together—so your job search remains useful long after a listing changes or disappears.

Built around the record, not the status

A job application is more than a row in a spreadsheet.

Status is useful, but it does not answer what the company asked for, which materials you sent, who you met, or what changed. HiredBase keeps that evidence alongside the current state of each opportunity.

How it works

Capture the context once. Use it throughout the process.

  1. 01

    Create the application record

Start with a company and role, then add a URL, source, dates, location, compensation notes, or only the details you need.

  2. 02

    Attach what happened

Preserve a job-description snapshot, connect the exact submitted document version, and log people, interviews, tasks, and interactions as they occur.

  3. 03

    Review and move forward

Work from the table or pipeline, surface due follow-ups and interviews, and export your own records when you need a portable copy.

Start with the tracker

Use a real tracker before you create an account.

The Job Application Tracker works in your browser with no sign-up. Add, edit, delete, move between stages, and export local applications. Those records are stored on that device until you choose to create an account.

Questions before you start

Clear boundaries, not vague promises.

Where do no-signup tracker records live?
They are stored locally in the browser on that device. They are not backed up to HiredBase until you create an account and explicitly import selected records.
Can HiredBase save a job description that has already changed?
It can preserve the text you paste, or attempt a server-side capture from an accessible job URL. If a page is blocked, requires sign-in, or cannot be read safely, HiredBase tells you and offers manual paste instead.
Can I tell which résumé I submitted?
Yes. Submitted associations point to an exact document version. You can choose a newer intended résumé later without altering the submitted association.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. The local tracker exports CSV. Signed-in workspaces export applications in stable CSV and versioned HiredBase JSON formats.
